The Free Belarus Journal has starter in November 2024, basen on the initiative of the Chancellor of the Belarus Free University, PhD Aliaksadr Milinkevich.

The aim of creating the journal

The aim of creating the journal is to build a network of cooperation that constitutes a segment of a more broadly planned component concerning the development of scientific research of the Belarus Free University.

Free Belarus Journal is baco mes the space to communicate and consolidate the cognitive results of scientific activity. The journal will be one of the main channels of communication of the achievements of Belarus studies scientists around the world in the process of building a network of relations with academic youth. The project aims to build a component of the personal and institutional network, especially of scientific staff and academic youth, and to promote the Belarus language in the initially published annual and in the perspective of next years a periodical published at least 3-4 times a year.

The basic assumption of the project is to focus scientific thought around:

• the European perspective for Belarus
• a programmatic network of state management staff after the fall of the dictatorship
• a consistent work in the frazes and the activities of the Free Belarus University
• a creating the main channel of communication of the achievements of Belarus studies scientists and around the world

The interdisciplinary English language journal aims to gather outstanding contributions to the import ant debate at the intersection of Belarus. The focus of the journal involves all the aspects: philosophical, politological, juridical, sociological, technological and cultural. Each issue will be intended as a monographic volume devoted to a specific topic.
